Enjoy a trip to the heart of nature with our hike in La Laguna and Anaga (Tenerife). La Laguna is a charming colonial town, declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. You'll visit its market before embarking on a hike through the Las Mercedes forest. You'll be walking through unique flora in a dense tropical forest.
During the first part of this former royal road, you'll be surrounded by unique nature with an impressive view of Teide. On the second part of the hike, you'll cross terraced crops where you can observe tropical fruits such as bananas, mangoes and papaya. Along the way, you'll also see animals such as goats and ostriches!
Join a small group for a stroll among the cultivated terraces of a small southern village to discover its agriculture, flora and fauna. We'll explain how villagers lived in days gone by, visiting an ancient washhouse, tile kilns and threshing floors.
Come and discover the Teide National Park, a UNESCO heritage site, with a short hike around Los Roques de Garcia between lava flows and volcanic formations. You'll be able to observe and learn about its flora and fauna.
